For over 2000 years, other cultures have been fascinated with the world of the ancient Egyptians, especially their art, style and religion, and tried to imitate or adopt them. Today, it is still possible to see examples of this in everything from shoes to hairstyles, from commercial art to high fashion, from computer games to architecture. This two-lecture series offers you a chance to enter a world ruled by a passion for all things pharaonic.
